The City of New Westminster began a two year OCP review and update in early 2014.

As a part of this review and update, MODUS facilitated a large visioning process. The visioning process involved a 3-day design workshop and public open house to explore options for the future of neighbourhoods and how the city may grow over time. The process involved the public, a Stakeholder Advisory Group, and City staff working closely with a team of designers to create a vision in drawings of what the city might look like in 2041.

The final outputs helped to develop the draft vision statement and overarching goals for the revised Official Community Plan.
