A bold new Official Community Plan for the CVRD.
THE CHALLENGE
The Cowichan Valley Regional District sought support to “harmonize and modernize” their regional Official Community Plan, combining seven local OCP’s into one.
THE RESPONSE
MODUS has provided critical thought leadership, process design, content development (written, graphic and video) and coordinated project management to support this ongoing process. Specific project deliverables have supported a wide range of client needs: from basic “backgrounder” content and educational videos to process design and facilitation of public engagement events; from policy planning and land use designations to detailed illustration of development permit area guidelines.
