Translating complex land-use topics into compelling videos
THE CHALLENGE
The Cowichan region is changing. Population growth, an evolving economy and a changing climate require regional coordination and local action.
THE RESPONSE
To support this coordinated effort, the CVRD is updating its Official Community Plan (OCP), the main tool guiding the use of land and shaping communities. Since the average person does not discuss these issues often, MODUS created multiple videos to inform and educate people as we encourage them to participate in the shaping of this plan.
