THE CHALLENGE
As residential development at The Foothills continues to advance, the need for a "community heart" has become more and more a priority. Additionally, there is an increasing opportunity to provide a wider range of residential housing types within future development at the Foothills.
THE RESPONSE
Leading with the development of a masterplan vision for The Foothills Village, MODUS led the community engagement, planning and bylaw amendment processes to address diversification of housing and the creation of neighbourhood-serving services and amenities.
